ブログを初めて、一か月。。自分しか見てないという悲しい事態に直面し
しょうがないから完全に自分の為に書くことにした。
今日はフィラリアに感染した個体の管理をつらつら書くぞ。
時間があれば分かり易いように書き直すことにしよーっと

Period of administration = 3 - 6 M (More longer administration is preferable because worms get weaker and weaker depending on exposure time IVM + DOXY )
IVM 2.5 mcg / kg / week（ Prophylactic dose ）
DOXY 10 mg / kg SID (5 weeks and later 5 weeks interruption )
After 3 - ６M administration of IVM DOXY =>
MEL ( three - injection - protcol ) 2.2 mcg / kg = second-injection is one month later first one , after 24 hours later third injection.
Adulticidal rate is 92.8 % , eliminating microfilaria .
This protocol gives least damage to patient's lungs comparing other protocols (IVM only , DOXY only , MEL only )
But if patients have enough time..not severe or symptomatic , The American Heart-warm Society recommends IVM protocol as "safety net".
DOXY is effective in reducing number of Wolbachia which is playing important roll of filarial-worm's survival (ex larval stage) .
If filarial-worm doesn't have enough number of Wolbachia , many of them can't grow mature. and IVM gradually kills filarial-warms , adult warms .
Some of them can get mature,but They grow as abnormal appearance (maybe medicines damag filarial-worm).and MEL three-injection-protocol eradicates adult worms.
とりあえず自分が治療するときは十分だな。
